Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Ready-to-ship products are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom and made-to-order products are usually processed within 5–10 business days after payment and receipt of the completed, print-ready design. Weekends and holidays are not included.

Missing information, incorrect files, low-quality images, or requested changes may delay processing.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently ship throughout the United States. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery is usually 2–7 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been shipped.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Tampa/Lutz, Florida area. Customers will receive a message when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup before receiving confirmation.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos.

For packages delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can assist with the carrier’s investigation.

Custom Orders

Production begins after we receive the completed, print-ready design and all required order information. Design creation or editing is not included unless separately agreed upon.
